Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically between Leaders VIP Transfer ("SELLER") and the customer ("BUYER") who makes a reservation through the Seller's website.

Buyer Information
The Buyer's full name, telephone number, email address, reservation details, billing information, and payment details consist of the information provided during the reservation process.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the VIP transfer services, airport transfers, city or intercity transportation services, tour reservations, and other related services purchased electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.
3. Service Information
The details of the purchased service are specified on the reservation confirmation page and include, but are not limited to:

Reservation date

Number of passengers

Vehicle type

Service fee

Applicable taxes

Total payment amount
4. Formation of the Agreement
By completing the reservation through the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement electronically.
The Agreement becomes effective once the payment has been successfully completed or the reservation has been confirmed by the Seller.
5. Payment
Payments may be made using one of the following methods:

Bank Transfer/EFT (where applicable)
All payment transactions are processed through secure payment infrastructures.
6. Provision of Services
The Seller undertakes to provide the reserved service on the date and time specified during the reservation process.
However, delays may occur due to circumstances including but not limited to:

Heavy traffic

Adverse weather conditions

Road closures
-
Government or public authority decisions
-
Vehicle breakdowns
-
Force majeure events
In such cases, the Seller will make every reasonable effort to minimize delays and fulfill the service.
7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
Seller
The Seller agrees to:

Provide the reserved service on time.

Operate safe and well-maintained vehicles.

Assign qualified and professional drivers.

Protect the confidentiality of customer information.

Fulfill all applicable legal obligations.
Buyer
The Buyer agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete reservation information.

Be present at the agreed pick-up location and time.
-
Fulfill all payment obligations.
-
Comply with applicable laws and vehicle safety rules during the service.
8. Reservation Changes
Requests to modify a reservation should be submitted as early as possible before the scheduled service.
The Seller reserves the right to approve or reject modification requests depending on operational availability.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
Whether a refund or cancellation fee applies depends on factors including:

The remaining time before the scheduled service.

The type of reservation.

Promotional campaign conditions.

Any special service requests.
10. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, transportation, transfer, and tour services scheduled for a specific date or period are generally exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.
Accordingly, reservations made for specific dates and times may not be canceled under the standard withdrawal provisions, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

War
-
Terrorist acts
-
Epidemics or pandemics
-
Strikes
-
Transportation disruptions
-
Government restrictions
-
Technical infrastructure failures
-
Any other force majeure event
12. Protection of Personal Data
The Buyer's personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) solely for the purposes of providing the purchased services, processing reservations, completing payment transactions, providing customer support, and fulfilling legal obligations.

13. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of the Republic of Türkiye, as provided by applicable legislation.
14. Effectiveness
By completing the reservation through the website, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this Distance Sales Agreement electronically.
This Agreement enters into force upon completion and confirmation of the reservation.
