Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Leaders VIP Transfer ("Company") and the user ("Member") who creates an account through www.leadersviptransfer.com, under the terms and conditions set forth below.

By creating an account on our website, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of this Agreement.

1. Parties

2. Purpose of the Agreement

3. Membership Requirements

The Member agrees that:

4. Account Security

The Member is responsible for keeping their username and password confidential.

The Company shall not be liable for security breaches resulting from the Member's negligence or misuse of their account.

5. Membership Services

Members may benefit from the following services:

6. Member Responsibilities

The Member agrees to:

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from user errors, incorrect information, or misuse of the website.

12. Amendments to the Agreement

Leaders VIP Transfer reserves the right to modify or update this Membership Agreement at any time without prior notice.

Any revised version becomes effective immediately upon publication on the website.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye.
